Following a major re-development project, the most extensive of its type ever seen in Europe, the new grandstand was officially opened by Her Majesty the Queen at Royal Ascot 2006.

Ascot only hosts 26 racedays per year so there are plenty of opportunities to make use of the racecourse and all its facilities for your corporate event or private occasion.

The majority of requests are accommodated within the striking new Grandstand, holding over 300 unique meeting rooms and large dining venues or an event space for up to 3,000 people. Further facilities are located around the racecourse with more of an equine or historical character and these can host events up to 1,000.
