the Wales YFC eisteddfod. Forthe second year inarow,Jessi-

ca Robinson, of Clynderwen YFC wonthe Ardudwy Cup forbest soloist competing in the eisteddfod after storming performances in the under-26 solo and song from musi- cal.

Also taking home atrophyfrom

the eisteddfod, whichwas held at the Pavilion, Anglesey Showground, were Esyllt, Marged and Ffion, from EglwsywrwYFC,whowonthe cerdd dant trio.Esyllt Thomas also won the under-21 solo competition and Eglwyswrw YFC were celebrating again when they wonthe mime to music.

Naomi Nicholas,ofLlysyfran YFC wasplaced third in the homework section forher sketchcomposition. The strong of good results saw

Pembrokeshire placed fifth overall and followed asuccessful county eisteddfod, whichwas wonby Eglwyswrw YFC. Llysyfran YFC wonthe homework section, with Naomi Nicholas winning the chair, and Hermon YFC were the winners of anew award forbest performing club in the light entertainment sec- tion.
