Cooking Class Series at the Culinary Conference Center

earn the basics or add to your own skills with cooking classes alongside executive chef Rick Low at the Culinary Conference Center in the heart of Jersey City’s Journal Square. With several class options such as cake decorating, holiday appetizers, baking breads, and

Chinese take out; these classes are perfect for couples, a ladies’ night out, and even birthday or anniversary parties. The cooking class series is designed for beginners to the advanced home chef where you will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn many practical skills.

Foster open communication and heighten camaraderie with the Culinary Conference Center’s team building activities. The center’s professional kitchen holds 10 to 25 people where a party will spend 1 to 1½ hours preparing a meal and afterwards sit down to enjoy the delicious dinner they created together.

Cost for classes and team building ranges from $75-$90 per person.
