Personalising your Ceremony


Our team of registrars consider it important for each ceremony to be conducted in a sincere and professional manner. Whilst the civil ceremony is simple we believe it to be meaningful and so aim to tailor each ceremony to reflect your own personal wishes.


We provide you with the framework for your ceremony plus a wide choice of options for you to build the ceremony of your choice. You can ask a guest to read a poem and also include your own choice of music. However, it is important that any music, readings or vows do not have religious connotation and should be approved by the Superintendent Registrar prior to the day of the ceremony.


Fees


There are nationally set fees for giving notice to the Superintendent Registrar and for the Registrar’s attendance at a Register Office or religious building.


The fee for attendance of the Superintendent Registrar and Registrar at a ceremony at an Approved Premise is set by the Local Authority. Details of the fees that you will be charged can be obtained from the Superintendant Registrar.


Seremoni sy’n Bersonol i Chi


Mae ein tîm o gofrestryddion yn ystyried bod cynnal pob seremoni mewn ffordd ddiffuant a phroffesiynol yn hynod bwysig. Er bod y seremoni sifil yn syml rydym o’r farn ei bod yn arwyddocaol ac felly anelwn i deilwra pob seremoni mewn ffordd sy’n adlewyrchu’ch dymuniadau personol.


Rydym yn eich darparu gyda fframwaith ar gyfer eich seremoni, hefyd dewis eang o opsiynau ar gyfer adeiladu seremoni o’ch dewis. Gallwch ofyn i westai ddarllen cerdd a chynnwys cerddoriaeth o’ch dewis. Serch hynny, mae’n bwysig nad yw’r gerddoriaeth, darlleniadau na’r addunedau o natur grefyddol a dylid ceisio cymeradwyaeth y Cofrestrydd Arolygol o flaen llawn, cyn dyddiad y seremoni.


Ffioedd


Mae yna ffi a osodir yn genedlaethol ar gyfer rhoi rhybudd i’r Cofrestrydd Aroloygol a ffi os ydych am i’r Cofrestrydd fynychu’r Swyddfa Gofrestru neu addoldy.


Yr Awdurdod Lleol sy’n gyfrifol am osod y ffi am y Cofrestrydd Arolygol a’r Cofrestrydd sy’n mynychu seremoni mewn Lleoliad Cymeradwy. Ceir manylion y ffioedd a godir gan y Cofrestrydd Arolygol.
