New research from the Harvard School of Public Health confirms that drinking two or three cups of coffee a day can help deal with the following risks later in life.
Alzheimer’s – may slow or stop the formation of beta-amyloid plaque. (University of South Florida, Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease) Cancer – antioxidant properties may
lower the risk of hormonally related can- cers like endometrial, aggressive prostate and estrogen-negative breast cancers.
