The photo is of my Tennessee Walking Horse, Sunny. The shot was taken in the afternoon when we were on the trail through the sand dunes between the beach at Bodega Bay, California and the parking lot.
I had taken two horses with me that day. One horse
was for me to ride and Sunny was along, just so I could get a photo of him without the sweat marks that a saddle would have left. I knew that Sunny would come if I called him, and would never be more than a few feet away from the horse I was riding.
