Tese modifications allowed Landis to achieve a LEED-H Platinum rating for the home; this is the highest LEED rating and only the second such rat- ing to be awarded for a home construction or reno- vation project Washington D.C. Landis restored the house to a style true to its original period and met


the stiff requirements of the historic preservation review boards.
