Comfort and Convience Te new kitchen provides the work space needed to prepare meals for a growing family along with an island that serves as a central gathering space with room to sit. Te remodeling effort included a whole set of new kitchen accoutrements: cabinets, built-in oven and microwave sink and faucet, and black syn- thetic stone countertops. One of the kitchen’s most unique features is a vintage 1940’s gas stove that the homeowner purchased during the renovation project to add a “classic” element to the kitchen.


Te siting area is enclosed by 6 large double-hung windows that allow a clear view into the back yard. Te screened-in porch is adjacent to the siting area and will allow users to enjoy insect-free outdoor mealr in warm weather. For added convenience, the
