GmBH office in Düsseldorf. “Becoming a Regional Manager within four years speaks louder than words,” she says.

Staffgroup has doubled in size in terms of number of employees since Angela first joined and she puts much of this growth down to the unique culture engendered at the company and also the level of belief that senior management places in their staff. “We are a young company and everyone here goes out together for social events, supports each other both from a personal and professional perspective and this means that we develop strong friendships.”

Although the recruitment industry can be a high pressure environment involving long hours and dedication, the support structure offered has proven to be essential. “It has made me stronger as a person and

even the fact that there can be a high workload on occasions has just meant that I appreciate the incentives and reward structure Staffgroup have in place all the more,” says Angela, who is now looking forward to helping Staffgroup achieve their goals in Germany.

“Ultimately, I would like to become a ‘hands-off ’ manager and concentrate on the development and training of new consultants as opposed to billings. Staffgroup’s continued growth and long-term ambition is helping me to get there and heading up the new Eurostaff office is the next step.”

Staffgroup and its companies is built on the premise of having a team of hardworking, dedicated and talented individuals supported by a set of values and culture that encourages employees to grow both

as individuals and as specialists within their sectors. This approach to growing careers and giving clear opportunities for succession and professional and personal development saw Eurostaff named 5th in the prestigious list of Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For.

“We have a young and dynamic environment and there is huge potential for career progression, while the effort consultants put in is rewarded with great incentives and the best commission structure in the industry,” Angela continues. “The Senior Managers and Directors are dedicated to the success of the business and invest in both internal and external training for all staff members. They are always looking to improve and continue to identify opportunities to grow both employees and the business.”
