But what about after you graduate? The first years after graduation can be financially trying as you work to establish yourself professionally in your career, and into a new lifestyle.
Research carried out by NUS extra, the market leading student discount and lifestyle card providers, revealed a strong demand for a graduate card among final year students and recent graduates. Many students felt anxious about the finances on leaving university, and graduates felt overlooked and that there was little or no immediate change in budgeting from their final year to the first few years after graduating.

To assist graduates in that crucial year after education in 2010 NUS extra launched the Graduate extra card. For £15 the card offers help, support and money saving deals to recent graduates. Graduate extra card
