What was your best speedway moment this year? The best moment for me this year was my maximum at Rye House. I was gating well and even won Heat 15 – I’ve come close before but normally in Heat 15 I’ve never had the best of luck!
What was your worst speedway moment this year? My worst moments were a few meetings I had that weren’t really bad but I was just scoring fives and sixes. I really want to score more but things kept going wrong. However, near the end of the season, I was getting some form back. Funniest speedway moment? To be honest, every meeting there is a funny moment. Myself, George Day, Alan Mogridge and my dad always have a laugh before and after the meeting, no matter what’s happened.
Most embarrassing speedway moment? I don’t ever get embarressed but falling off and looking around and seeing the crowd never feels the best!
Favourite band? My favourite bands would be Chase & Status and Skrillex. Anything with a good bass and drop and makes you pumped up and want to move. Team-mate with the worst musical taste? Not the worst musical taste but I would say David Mason because he likes club songs like me. He is someone that definitely loves to listen to ‘good’ dance music but to everyone else it’s not so good. CD/Track most played while in the car? I tend listen to the radio most the time but, if i had my way, it would be any dubstep. When relaxing, what is your favourite drink? Cream soda, I just love drinking it. Other than that, I tend to drink water – can’t go wrong with that!
What is the one TV programme you never miss or watch on catch-up? I love Family Guy and Southpark but can’t beat The Big Bang Theory.
Who is your favourite actor/actress? Actor would be Will Ferrell, I love every movie he’s done.
Favourite holiday destination?
I’ve never had a holiday! When I rode for Newport that’s the only other country I’ve ever been too. Last gig you went to?
I went to see Chase & Status and it was a good night out. One to definitely remember as I never get the chance in the speedway season. Eating out... what is your favourite food? Can’t beat the speedway classic – a Maccy Ds.
