Amanda Benadum At this time I am attending school at Merced Junior College in Merced, California. After I get my general educa- tion I plan to transfer to Fresno State University to earn my bachelors degree in Ag Business. My interests in school will always be the agriculture industry. At this point in time I am leaning towards a Sales Rep for a feed company in the equine industry.


Ashlee White Ashlee is a junior at California State University Fresno. She is majoring in agricultural education and has been keeping a 3.0 gpa. She hopes to con- tinue her education then become an Ag teacher at her local high school. Ashlee would like to thank everyone at PCCHA for all the support she has received and the scholarships that have made her education possible.

The Super Horse Award is designed to acknowledge the horse that accumu- lates the most points in their specific Junior and Senior divisions. If the same horse is being shown in both Junior and Senior divisions the points will be recorded and applied separately. This award was created to recognize the great horses that make it possible for our youth to enjoy this great sport of cutting by their consistency and wholehearted efforts in the cutting pen.

Qualifications for youth of the year: Rider must have less than $500 lifetime earnings and less than 30 PCCHA Youth Points at the beginning of the point year to qualify. Rider must be a current member of the PCCHA
