Some of the many classes and sessions by expert practitioners in therapeutic modalities that access the subconscious to release emotional blockages and alleviate stress include Transformational Breath, with Carrie Sopko; Laughter Yoga, with Gigi Felice- tta; Quantum De-Stress with Meditation and Relaxation in the Amrit method, with Peggy Sealfon; and Ocean of Sound Healing with Crystal and Tibetan Bowls, with William Ward.

t Paul’s Holistic Institute has moved to a new, larger location at 11100 Bonita Beach Road, Suite 102, in Boni- ta Springs.
