The Sarah Gillespie Quartet, featuring Gilad Atzmon
Calstock Arts, The Old Chapel, Calstock. Doors and bar open 7pm, start time 8pm. An eclectic mix of Beat poetry with jazz, folk & Middle Eastern elements, Sarah’s music is a melting-pot mix of urban-folk stamped with her trademark lyricism. Her quartet features Gilad Atzmon on accordion, clarinet and sax, Enzo Zilli on drums and Ben Bastin on double bass. The gig will showcase Sarah’s latest album The War on Trevor which has received a PRS award.

Tavistock Parish Centre 7.30pm Chris Cole, of Drone Wars UK, will talk on “Drones: the Future of War?” Drones are Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, which are increasingly used in surveillance and con- flicts and have caused civilian deaths.
