David O’Reilly
David is a Managing Director and co-founder of Hampton Court Capital, a European corporate finance boutique focused on the Technology, Media, Telecoms (TMT) and Cleantech sector. Prior to setting up Hampton Court Capital with his co-founder Alex Noton, David worked as a corporate financier at Ion Equity, Bank of America, UBS and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in Dublin, London and New York. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Masters in Finance from University College Dublin and is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. In 2010, David was a runner up in the Square Mile Magazine “30 Under 30” Awards in the finance category.
David Willbe
David Willbe is a counsel in Crowell & Moring’s London office. He has significant experience in a wide range of corporate (and associated commercial) matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, restructurings and equity capital markets offerings. David has worked extensively in the technology, biotech and media sectors, including advising businesses on their financing rounds and exits.
Guy Rigby
Guy is an experienced chartered accountant and an entrepreneur. A natural and driven enthusiast, he built and sold his own accountancy firm, as well as pursuing other commercial interests. He has been a director and part owner of a number of different companies, including businesses in the IT, property, defence, manufacturing and retail sectors. Guy joined Smith & Williamson in 2008 and leads the entrepreneurial services group.
Lisa Turner
Lisa’s personal mission is to free peoples’ minds and help them evolve. Her approach is based on years of research into the latest scientific, psychological and spiritual thinking on what it means to be human in the 21st century. Before creating Psycademy, she worked as a senior lecturer in Automotive Engineering. She now holds a PhD in Aero- acoustics and Mechanical Engineering. Lisa has studied the mind for over 15 years and is she a certified trainer of NLP, Time Line Therapy® and Hypnosis.
