Morgan Ashard design and make carpets using a combination of age-old techniques and modern computer technology, the best of both worlds. Each carpet is hand knotted at 100 knots per inch making the carpets both hardwearing and beautiful. Silk yarns are used to accent the designs for an additional lustre. The yarn is dyed using vegetable or mineral dyes giving the finished carpets a natural abrash with great depth of colour. There are natural variations within each shade and no two carpets are exactly the same. Each one of the carpet designs is individually handmade, with a range of designs that fit seamlessly into both contemporary and traditional interiors. Morgan Ashard also offer a bespoke service.
