The Fresh Approach Restaurant at Bents Garden & Home caters for every taste with its wide selection of culinary delights. Customers can choose from an extensive salad and deli bar, Italian breads and delicious sandwich fillings, a soup bar with a daily organic choice and tantalising homemade cakes and pastries.
There’s an extensive array of hot dishes and desserts and everything is freshly prepared in the Restaurant’s kitchens, using locally sourced produce wherever possible.
The Centre’s speciality Retail Food Hall features foods and ingredients sourced from both local and international suppliers with choices including free range, organic and GM free, for a decadent dining experience. More local delights can be found at the monthly Farmers’ Market which is held in Bents’ Open Skies Glasshouse every third Saturday of the month.

Although we are a classical French Brasserie our Patron Chef Michael Hughes insists that ALL produce (where we can) is sourced locally. The Cheese in our best-selling starter ‘Baked Goats Cheese & Beetroot Salad’ hails from just 15 miles from our Restaurant fromproducers BUTLERS CHEESES at Ravens Oak Dairy Nantwich.
All of our fruit and vegetables are sourced by Chester Produce of Moss Hall Farm in Tarporley so we get a wonderful selection of seasonal vegetables too, currently illustrated by chef’s various specials with asparagus froma local producer in Oakmere, Northwich.
Mon – Fri: 12noon – 3pm & 6pm – 9.30pm. Sat: 12noon – 3pm & 5pm - 9.30pm. Closed on Sundays.
