ing the total to 166! He has judged the indoor fall circuits (Harrisburg,


Washington and New York) over twenty times, the AHSA/USEF Medal and ASPCA Maclay Finals eight times, the Pony Finals six times. Over the last twenty years, he has judged twenty to twenty five shows every year. A Life Member of the Associations (AHSA-USEF)


since 1959, for the last fifty years he has served on the Board of Directors and many of the committees. Artie is also well know for starting the open numeri-


cal judging system in 1960 and has explained it in detail while serving on the panel of eight judging clinics. Also a Licensed Steward, he will continue to steward select shows for the foreseeable future, as all goes well.
