Parking Management, Inc. (PMI) is in search of a University Assistant Parking Manager responsible for managing the parking on all University owned or leased lots and garages. The Manager will be responsible for maintaining the University parking system in the evening hours. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a management or associated field, or at least 4 years of progressively responsible management experience in a parking related field at a University or Hospital. Evening position, Monday through Friday, 1 p.m. - 9 p.m. and works special events as needed. Requires flexibility in the hours and days worked. Will assume all managerial responsibilities in the absence of the manager. Meets with students, par- ents, faculty and staff as needed.


Requirements include: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite,Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Mechanical ability, Desired willingness to learn, Prior super- visory experience a plus, Customer service oriented, Ability to understand and commu- nicate accounting controls and procedures, Capable of understanding and using basic revenue control equipment


Salary $35,000 - $45,000 commensurate with experience, in addition to a substantial benefits package.
