Become royal-tea! Celebrate 60 years of Queen Elizabeth’s reign by taking part in the Great St Giles Jubilee Tea Party.
Either host your own event during the month of June to mark the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, or join in the fun at St Giles’ very own party within the grounds of our facility in Lindridge Road, Sutton Coldfield on Sunday 17th June.
Everyone who signs up to host their own tea party will receive a fundraising pack including delicious recipes and ideas on how to party in style – plus they will be automatically entered into a prize draw.

Join us as we celebrate St Giles Walsall Hospice’s 1st anniversary with a three-course lunch and music at Fairlawns Hotel, Aldridge, on Sunday 22nd April. Tickets cost £25 per head.
Get on your bike – to Paris!
Enjoy the challenge and camaraderie, plus the wonderful French countryside, during the St Giles London to Paris Cycle Ride. This fantastic five-day adventure costs £99 to enter, with cyclists required to raise a minimum of £1,400 in additional sponsorship. The ride takes place between Wednesday 12th and Sunday 16th September.
Could you be a Strictly Star?
Could you follow in the footsteps of Jason Donovan, Harry Judd or Alesha Dixon and star in a sizzling dance showdown?
We’re looking for 14 pairs of dancers to sign up for our fabulous Strictly Come Learn to Dance contest.
Contestants will commit to 11 weekly training sessions from Sunday August 12th in preparation for our Strictly Final in Cannock on Saturday 3rd November. Entry is £20 plus £100 sponsorship.
Go paddle-to-paddle
The annual Dragon Boat Challenge will see teams of 10, plus a drummer, go head-to-head along a 200m course on the River Trent in Burton. This knockout competition takes place on Saturday 21st July, and costs £10 per team member plus £70 minimum sponsorship per person.
Calling all fall guys – and girls!
Thrill-seekers will be able to get their kicks at two adrenaline-fuelled events for St Giles Hospice.
First up is our sponsored tandem parachute skydive on Saturday 19th May at Langar Airfield, near Nottingham. Strapped to an instructor, you’ll freefall at 120mph from a height of 10,000ft. You need to register with a £70 deposit and then raise a minimum £325 additional sponsorship.
Or there’s a 160ft single or tandem bungee jump from a crane over water at West Midlands Water Ski Centre, Tamworth, which takes place throughout the Easter weekend (7th-9th April) and again over the August Bank Holiday (25th-27th August).
Summertime fun
Stalls, live music, games and fabulous fun for all the family can mean only one thing – the annual St Giles Hospice Summer Fayre.
This year’s event takes place at St Giles in Lindridge Road, Sutton Coldfield, between 12pm and 4pm on Saturday 16th June.
