10 a.m. to noon Sunday morning Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Class at Elements Yoga, in Bonita Springs, will be unique on April 15, when she will conduct a special Kundalini


Yoga Celebration of our Mother Earth. Trezza is offering the longer session at her regular fee and says, “This an- cient sacred Kriya (exercise sequence) rhythmically dances with our personal electromagnetic field in harmony with the Earth’s electromagnetic field, sens- ing our Tattvas (bodily elements): fire, earth, air, water and ether.” The essence of Trezza’s regular class is based on the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, to balance the mind, release tension and stress, detoxify, energize and relax.
