EXCELLENCE IN ELECTRIC B.O.S.S.® BLACK OUT SAFETY SYSTEM
B.O.S.S.® (Black Out Safety System). The main philosophy of DP2 and DP3-class requriements is that the system shall handle one fault, whatever this fault may be, and still be able to maintain the position of the vessel. B.O.S.S.® supervises the complete elecrical propulsion system, to ensure that the main philosophy of the DP- class is applied throughout the complete electrical system.
TOTAL ELECTRIC SYSTEM INTEGRATION IS OUR EXCELLENCE. Get your vessels ready for the future, with Quadro Drive®. You will be at the ForeFront in dynamics, flexibility and ”green energy saving”. We deliver complete engineering, calculations, design, main Switchboards, Generators, Motors, Quadro Drives®, B.O.S.S.® (Black Out Safety System) and R.A.S.® (Remote Assistance System). Total Electric System Integration is our Excellence.
MODE POSSIBILITIES: • Low weight • Save space and foundation work • Save installation work • ≤ 2% THD
• Monitoring of THD network values with alarmsetting
• High level of dynamics with less than 15 sec full speed clockwise to anti-clockwise
• Interface for B.O.S.S.® (Black Out Safety System) and R.A.S.® (Remote Assistance System)
