The Royal Berkshire Conference Centre is the largest events venue in the Thames Valley and is proud to be part of the impressive Madejski Stadium Complex. The stadium is home of the Championship football team Reading Football Club and the Premiership rugby team London Irish Rugby Club.


The RBCC is perfectly located on junction 11 of the M4 motorway and has easy links to London and beyond, via the rail network. The conference centre, with its 40 meeting rooms, can cater for any type of event from conferences of 500 through to one to one interviews. The centre’s largest room, the Princess Suite, is ideal for dinner dances and when using this room you gain the Windsor Lounge. This spacious area overlooks the Millennium Madejski Hotel, and is ideal for drinks receptions or exhibitions.


The 201 bedroom Millennium Madejski Hotel which is linked to the conference centre, offers 4-star deluxe accommodations for residential courses and boasts two new restaurants; Le Café and the fine dining restaurant, Cilantro. The hotel also has a gym and a swimming pool, as well as a spa which offers relaxing treatments.


The Royal Berkshire Conference Centre not only has excellent conference facilities, but is the ideal location for company team-building events. The Dome located in the grounds of the Madejski Stadium and is an all purpose astro turf area, equaling the size of a standard football pitch. This fully covered area is ideal for team-building activities and the great thing is the weather cannot spoil your day.


When hired the area comes with changing facilities, toilets and a flat playing field at the side to extend the fun into the sunshine. The Dome can be hired by the hour or for the more energetic, it can be hired for the whole day.
