Set in over 165 acres and open for business throughout the year, there is a wide range of different room options for event bookers to choose from, no matter whether client numbers register less than 10 or go up to 500. And, for major corporate occasions, numbers can even be extended to up to 5,000 guests by making best use of the beautiful grounds.


In total, there are 23 meeting rooms split across three buildings, with the impressive Grandstand building consisting of nine meeting rooms, located over two floors, and offering panoramic views over the racecourse.


Both the Castle Suite and the Royal Suite are capable of seating up to 300 theatre style or dining, and there is around 1000 sq feet of indoor exhibition space available.


In addition, the Royal Suite can be partitioned to create six individual


syndicate areas with a maximum capacity of 24 people each, boardroom style. Smaller suites within the Grandstand are ideal for one-to-one meetings or group sessions.


Offering a great deal of flexibility, the Paddock Pavilion has 12 individual rooms which are ideal for board meetings, smaller meetings and syndicate areas, while a removable wall between some rooms allows them to be opened up to create a larger area. A private bar/lounge is also available.


For events to make the most of those long summer evenings, Royal Windsor Racecourse is the place to be seen. The Riverbank Pavilion, with its bright and airy atmosphere and huge glass-fronted windows overlooks the parade ring area and, with its own patio and garden seating, is a wonderful location for parties and barbecues.


It comes complete with its own private parking area and can cater for up to 500 guests, or be split into individual suites.


For something a little smaller, the beautifully appointed Victorian-style Club Room is highly popular for private dining for up to 100 guests and, as it has its own conservatory and bar area, it is perfect for hosting a welcome reception.


The racecourse even has its own award-winning catering team, which can provide a wide range of menus, from finger buffets and barbecues through to fine dining and gala dinners.
