Simple tools to overcome stress with meditative skills. Open to all beginners and seekers of inner- peace. The facilitator has had experience of meditation for the last 20 years. The sessions will introduce different meditative tools to help participants developing mindfulness and overcoming stress.

This concert provides a catalyst to sparking these emotions, with one of the highlights being Michael Chance singing Vivaldi’s beautiful Stabat Mater.
