We’re there for you. Will you be there for us?

Dart lifeboat station is manned by volunteers drawn from the town and its surrounding villages. Together with our new lifeboat, Spirit of Dart, we offer a lifesaving service for locals and visitors alike – whenever they are caught out in our waters.

Providing this service is not cheap. Our equipment must be constantly maintained and regularly replaced if it’s to give us a fighting chance of saving lives. At the same time, we need to continue training to ensure we have the skills we need to rescue people in trouble on the water.

Please show your support by becoming a Friend of Dart lifeboat. Friends receive our newsletter detailing all the latest from the station, including our most recent shouts, and also get invitations to events and the chance to visit the station with friends.

We receive no financial support from government or other agencies so every penny really does count. So please, if you can, be there for us by becoming a friend of Dart today and fill in the form available from the marina office.

Thank you
