Established in 2006, we are a service organisation – our purpose is to win and keep customers by providing a service, delivered to standards of excellence and value that our customers cannot get elsewhere.

We continually strive to improve the quality and cost effectiveness of our services simultaneously, listening intently to our customers to understand their needs and their views and be imaginative in our solutions to problems and act speedily to implement change.


Our window cleaning department has a combined total of over 50 years experience.


Lamont Cleaning & Support Services places an enormous amount of time and effort in keeping our entire workforce, general public and customers safe, through continually training and developing our staff. LCSS Operations Manager Ian Harper and Ross Lamont have gained IOSH Directing Safely certificate and also recently passed NVQ level 3 management certificate. Department Supervisor Joey Napier gaining ISOH Directing Safely certificate. Our Health & Safety Trainee Manager Ross Lamont is continuing with his training, having gained 2 parts of NBOSH, Ross is currently working towards the 3rd and final part and hopes to have this before 2011 is out! We now have 3 First Aiders within company with James Montgomery and Joey Napier joining Matthew McKinstry.


With each new contract we write site specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements to accompany detailed job cards, to enable work to be carried out to specification, efficiently and safely.


We strive for continual improvement and were recently awarded Investor in People (IIP) certification to accompany ISO 9001, Safe contractors (for 5th year) CHAS (for 2nd year) and membership of FWC (5 years) The IIP certificate is reward for our people who continue to develop as individuals, teams and our company.

On a lighter note. We recently had a challenge with Jim Eastwood (Apprentice Star) and Ali Trimble-Rutherford (Sunday Life) to clean all glazing at Belfast Waterfront Hall. This was a fun and exciting challenge which the Sunday Life Newspaper asked us to carry out September 2011
