These parking structures include Colorado State University’s Lake Street Parking Structure in Fort Collins, Colo., and the South Fifth Street Parking Structure in downtown Ann Arbor, Mich. The company also is pleased to announce the completion of the North Parking Deck on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. This attractive brick clad facility contains 1,171 parking spaces, primarily used by residents of the nearby student housing complex. The structural system is cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete with precast cladding. Carl Walker provided project planning, structural pro- gramming, parking consulting, and functional design.
