Beca has signifi cant involvement in the Canterbury region and is committed to the rebuilding of Christchurch. Our Geotechnical team provides vital support to major projects in all sectors and provides services directly to clients and the rest of the Beca group.


We are looking for skilled geotechnical engineers to join our Christchurch-based team. You’ll join a team of geotechnical, engineering geology and hydrogeology specialists and be involved in a range of infrastructure and commercial building projects including transportation, power, water supply, wastewater and water resources developments throughout the Canterbury region and New Zealand.


You will need expertise in Geotechnical Engineering and have a proven track record in delivering high quality projects preferably in a consultancy environment. You will have a strong background in site investigation, soil testing and interpreting geological data. You should possess strong leadership


and mentoring skills along with project management and demonstrated client relationships. This is a great opportunity to build on your seismic assessments and detailed analysis experience from a range of commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.
