Dr. Ravindra Patel known best as "Dr. Ravi" is a respected member of the Undersea & Hyperbaric Medical Association and the surgical community with over 25 years of practicing experience. His credentials include four board certifications providing a comprehensive evidence based approach to wound care and hyperbaric medicine. For Dr. Ravi, healing is his primary passion and focus. .As Owner/President and Chief Medical Office of Innovative Healing System’s, Dr. Ravi invests in his team and sets expectations high and plans to over achieve results. He's adept at promoting the highest standard of care while respecting the micro economic and macroeconomic environment relating to hospitals, business, and patients. Dr. Ravi’s successful business acumen originates from his belief in a viable solution and his leadership and rapport is respected by patients and associates. Dr. Gray-White is a dedicated family medicine physician devoted to serving patients through all stages of life, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Her experience includes a full spectrum of care in treating patients with multiple diagnoses, management of chronic illnesses, preventative health, sport physicals and urgent care.
After completing undergraduate work at Northwestern University in Evanston, she went on to complete her Doctor of Medicine degree at Finch University Health Sciences/The Chicago Medical School in North Chicago. She completed her residency in family medicine at St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, Ill., and has been practicing medicine since 2002.
Dr. Gray White is affiliated with the Florida Medical Association, The Bay Area Medical Association, The American Academy of Family Physicians, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and Jack and Jill of America, Inc.
In addition to providing services in the community by participating in health awareness, Dr. Gray-White enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children.

Laurie M. Suitt, is a native of St. Petersburg, Florida. She is the daughter of Gloria M. Riley, a former Librarian of Gibbs High School, who retired from Pinellas County Schools. As a child, Laurie's mother made sure she was an active church member at St. Augustine's Episcopal Church. Laurie's hobbies included learning numerous musical instruments and ballet. Laurie is a graduate of Boca Ciega High School where she participated in Concert and Marching Band.
Laurie graduated from North Carolina Central University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She was inducted into Psi Chi Honor Society. Laurie holds a Juris Doctor Degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law. Laurie's influence to become an attorney comes from her Grandfather, Cecil H. Riley, a 1912 graduate of Howard University School of Law.
Laurie served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable G.K. Butterfield, Jr., former Justice of the Supreme Court of North Carolina (current US Congressman 1st Congressional District of NC). In 2010, Laurie joined the law office of Roderick O. Ford, PLLC where she currently serves as a Research Assistant and Director of Client Services.
Laurie met her husband, Gary Suitt, while attending North Carolina Central University. They are the proud parents of 3 daughters: Devin, Tyler, and Camille.
