RareOnyx Medical-Legal Consulting, LLC, is owned by Teresa Green Johnson, MS, BSN, RNC, CLNC (Certified Legal Nurse Consultant). Teresa has been a Registered Nurse for over 27 years and is an alumnus of Tuskegee Institute and Troy State University. She has performed medical-legal consulting for attorneys since 2003, and has been certified as an Expert Witness in prior health care litigation.
Teresa is a native of Montgomery Alabama. She is married to Larry Johnson. They have four adult children and seven grandchildren. Teresa serves in several church and civic organizations: Beulah Baptist Institutional Church Nursing and Health Ministry, Women's Ministry, Advisory Board Ministry; Worthy Matron, Unity Chapter #55, Order of Eastern Star, PHA, Harram Court #96, Daughters of Isis; and, Soror of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. DR. KEVIN L. SCOTT, MD is a partner at D1 Westchase Sports Medicine in Tampa, FL. He is board certified by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He specializes in orthopaedic procedures that include but not limited to arthroscopy of the shoulder , knee and ankle. He also performs carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel surgery and other minor procedures involving the foot and hand. He also performs certain minimally invasive spinal procedures.
Dr. Scott graduated from Talladega College as a Distinguished Military Graduate and with a BA in Biology. He received his medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Ga. He completed his orthopaedic residency in his hometown of Fort Wayne, IN. He later completed a fellowship in minimally invasive spine surgery in 2008.
Dr. Scott served in the military as a combat medic during his teenage years. He continued his military career after completing his medical training. This included serving as Chief of Orthopaedic Surgery for the 10th Mountain Infantry Division at Ft. Drum, NY. He also served as Chief of Orthopedic Surgery for the 48th Combat Support Hospital in Bagram, Afghanistan during the Afghani- stan war.

ESTRELLITA “LO” BERRY, M.A, serves as President & CEO of REACHUP, Inc. a non-profit agency whose mission is to advocate for and mobilize resources to build community capacity to achieve equality in healthcare and positive health for families.
Additionally she serves as the President of the National Healthy Start Association Board of Directors. NHSA’s constituency consists of 102 Federal Healthy Start sites across the country that helps make a difference in the lives of our neediest children.
Lo is the Project Director and Principal Investigator for Central Hillsborough Healthy Start and Closing the Gap projects. She serves on the Boards of Hillsborough County Healthy Start Coalition, and March of Dimes, Florida Bay Division. In 2005 Lo assisted in championing Florida Legislation HB1269 creating a statewide practice collaborative to examine racial disparities and infant mortality, The Black Infant Health Practice Initiative (BIHPI). Lo has co-authored numerous publications with the latest two (2) in
2009, “Risk Factors for Major Antenatal Depression among Low Income Africa American Women” (Journal of Women’s Health) and “Evaluation of Program Effectiveness” (Maternal and Child Health Journal).
Lo received her undergraduate degree in Clinical Psychology and Masters in Education and Community Counseling at the University of Evansville, Evansville Indiana. She is a wife of 34 years and mother to a 30 year old son.
