DR. WILLIAM F. MARSH is a graduate of Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, and a 1970 graduate of the School of Dentistry at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. He served with distinction as a dentist in the U. S. Air Force with the rank of Captain. Dr. Marsh then entered Howard University in Washington, D.C., where he completed the specialty training required to become a Certified Orthodontist in 1974. After graduation, he served as an instructor in the Department of Orthodontics at Howard University.
After moving to Florida, Dr. Marsh became a Senior Public Health Dentist and served more than 25 years with the Polk County Health Department. As a weekly newspaper columnist for 10 years, Dr. Marsh wrote more than 400 published articles about dentistry and dental care. Dr. Marsh started his orthodontic specialty practice in Tampa, Florida in 1975. Since that time, he has received numerous honors from his peers and the community for his achievements.
Dr. Marsh has met the exacting requirements for membership in the American Association of Orthodontics and the American Dental Association. He is a Fellow of the World Federation of Orthodontics and a Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Dentistry. Dr. Marsh also maintains active membership in numerous other national, state, and local dental organizations.

Donald L. Dowridge, Jr., founder and CEO of DLD (Determined to Learn and Develop) Enterprises (established in 1992), is considered the ultimate Motivational Guru. In the beginning, Dowridge volunteered in local schools motivating students while employed as a Manager at the U.S. Post Office. Dowridge retired after eleven and a half years of employment to concentrate on DLD full time. As a novice motivational business an opportunity came from Pinellas Works in Pinellas County and Goodwill Industries in Hillsborough County. DLD hired and trained a number of individuals who played a very influential part in assisting in the success of DLD. In the nineteen years of existence DLD has spoken and motivated in many venues and have many frequent flyer miles through traveling and speaking. Along with these ventures, DLD successfully produces well documented motivational books, cards, posters, and t-shirts. DLD has in the past and continue in the present to be heard on your local radio stations presenting the “Motivational Moment.” DLD also write motivational articles that can be found in several publications (local, national and on - line). DLD is currently contracted with Hillsborough County Schools and is assigned with the Title 1 N & D program mentoring the youth at several locations. DLD is continuing to venture out into several other avenues allowing further discovery of N.B.A. (Natural Born Abilities), R.A.P. (Realizing Altitude Power), and N.F.L. (Navigating Favor in a Lifetime) while preparing to celebrate twenty years of empowering. Dowridge is happily marriage to Kettly Dowridge who is a Hair Designer. They both are proud parents of three children and members of Bible Based Fellowship Church

Frederick D. Bell, with 25 years working in the utility industry, is dedicated to providing leadership and direction for the Supplier Diversity Program at TECO Energy. He is responsible for Vendor Management, recruiting and certifying small and diverse vendors to compete equally with all vendors to supply TECO Energy and its subsidiaries with goods and services. Fred, as he is known around the office, works with a team focused on ensuring business opportunities for minorities, women, veterans, disabled veterans, and (HUB) zone businesses. TECO Energy is focused on supporting those businesses in Florida.
Outside of TECO Energy, Fred puts his talents to work for the Edison Electric Institute, the trade organization for investor-owned utilities; and supports Minority Enterprise Development Week; and the Florida Minority Supplier Development Council. Fred attended Stillman College – a historically black college in Tuscaloosa, Alabama – where he earned a Bachelor of Science in physics. He continued his education while stationed with the United States Navy in Pensacola, Florida, attending Troy State University, where he earned a Master of Business Administration.
