YOLANDA YVETTE ANTHONY is a native of Tangerine, FL. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) in 1977. In 1994, she obtained an MBA from NOVA Southeastern University. As a Licensed Loan Originator, Yolanda believes in finding the “right” mortgage for her clients. She offers FHA loans, VA loans and Conventional loans. She also offers programs for First Time Homebuyers, people looking to refinance, and those that need debt consolidation.


Yolanda is an active member of Living Faith Assembly of God. She is, or has been a member of the Bay Area Apartment Association, Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers, Tampa Organization of Black Affairs, Tampa Chapter of The Links, Inc., chartered member of Black Women Business Owners, Executives and Entrepreneurs (BWBOEE), and several other organizations.


Yolanda’s tenacity and business savvy as an entrepreneur positioned her in 1993 savvy to launch Trash Express of Tampa Bay, Inc.


Trash Express is a full service landscape, design and trash hauling company. Today, Yolanda combines both businesses, thus exceeding her client’s expectations in helping them manage and maintain their beautiful homes inside and out. Yolanda is married to Ken Anthony, Affinity Insurance Insurance agent. They have three adult children, Ken II, Adrian, and Kenitra.

BENJAMIN STEVENSON established JACS Associates, Inc., an urban planning consulting firm, in 2007. He uses over twenty-four years of experience in land use, transportation and urban planning to assist governmental entities in the areas of affordable housing, economic and community redevelopment. Benjamin earned his degrees from the University of Florida, which include an A.A in Architecture, a B.A. in Criminal Justice, an M.A. in Political Science and a Specialist in Public Administration.
