risking my life, so I joined Anytime Fitness in Jefferson City,Mo. Almost right after I joined, I felt like
I needed an extra push. While working out on my own, I would always come in, hop on the treadmill or elliptical and do the same resistance training for the same amount of time. I knew I needed help to get the results I was looking for, so I decided to hire a trainer. I remember during my first session,
DETERMINED TO LOSEWEIGHT AFTER the birth of her second daughter, Chastidy Liebi concluded that enough was enough. She decided it was time to join a gym, and excuseswere no longer going to keep her fromreaching her goal. I was very unhappy with the way I looked
and felt, and I didn’t want to leave the house because I was so ashamed. The breaking point for me was a routine visit with my doctor. He told me I was at risk for heart disease, stroke and several other serious health issues. I left his office in tears. I was scared I might die. I knew I had to do some- thing because I wanted to be healthy and able to play with my kids. Joining a gym wasn’t an easy thing for me

I did notwant to do anything thatmy trainer Ashley (Swoboda) told me to do. But I left the gym feeling like I had really accomplished something, and that helped keep me motivated. Right away I started noticing a
change inmy energy level. Before Anytime Fitness, walking to themail- box was a challenge. Now I have a lot more energy. I used to let excuses stand inmy way. Not anymore. Not only do I look forward to working out, but I also truly enjoy it. I remember the things I couldn’t do when I first started. Now, I can go longer, harder and pushmyself farther! If I could offer any advice it would be:
NOMORE EXCUSES! If you have time to watch TV, then you have time to work out! Don’t put it off any longer.
