Rumour has it though that they might just be able to convince him to come back every June to MC this event as it WILL be continuing June 22-25, 2012 under the direction of Nancy Ankerstein (nankerstein@okanagan.
bc.ca). My fears around handling the exterior parts of the RV responsibilities have gone away now and that is exactly what I was looking for. Of the many seminars I attended, the
ones I particularly enjoyed included the ins and outs of propane, the care and workings of RV appliances, the septic system care winter and summer, how to RV as a single, and the workings of the electrical system. I travelled to the event with my friend and Isagenix team member Hazel from Mission. She is looking to become a full time RVers soon and was there to learn all she could in every category and ended up attending different classes than I did. Tere was lots

beginning of the summer that this would be the year of NO major yard work. Year one I had the staircase put in beside my driveway so I could walk across the street to the mailbox each day without slipping and sliding down my steep driveway. Year two I had a rock retaining wall put in across the whole back of my property to keep the dirt bank from eroding. So what happened this year? Te city came along and said this is the year all the homes on Grant Road West are to get sewer hookups. Because my septic is on the far side of my house, they dug into my gorgeous front bank of plants to bring in the hookup location as close as possible. All the rock plants I planted in the very front had to come up. A section of the established plants had to come up too so the backhoe gent could dig a huge trench. What a mess! Tey also had to liſt out all the bricks from the bottom of my driveway too and have promised to lay them back when all is said and done but that is not a priority for them I can see. Not done yet. Plus they informed me that all they get
to do is bring the hookup to my property line and I have to do the rest and get it hooked up to my house. My neighbour Rick gave me Paul Drummond’s name. Paul did the original plumbing on my house and will handle the hookup for me
but not until the city gives the go-ahead. He’ll have to take out part of my side fence, and liſt more bricks at the top of my driveway and go underneath a few rock walls and on and on and on! He said I will have no water for two days once he starts. Tis home ownership stuff is challenging sometimes! I can tell why lots of folks now chose to live full time in their RVs!
