Service Above and Far Beyond the Call: My wife Brenda and I took our motorhome to Cedar Grove RV Park and Campground

in Qualicum Beach, Vancouver Island on July 29th for a few days of relaxation. When we got there, we found that our shore power line kept tripping the park’s circuit breakers, and we were at a loss as to why. I had noticed we couldn’t plug the unit into our new GFI circuit at home without tripping it, but I’d thought the GFI was faulty. When I saw a man wearing an orange vest, driving through the park in a pickup truck,

system looking for problems. Ken even drove me several miles to an RV parts supplier, in his own vehicle, so I could pick up what I needed, missing his dinner in the process! We eventually located and fi xed the problem (a large Island RV repair place had

Ken for his kindness, and his desire to help us to be “happy campers”. T at’s the kind of thing you don’t see much of anymore – genuine consideration. We now look on him as a friend. It really was service above and far beyond the call!
