On August 4, 2011 in the morning

I contacted an RV dealer and was advised that the earliest they could come would be the following Tuesday (6 days later). |I had out-of-town company and the heat was in the 30’s. in Vernon, BC and explained the situation to them. T ey advised they normally do not have the people to come on site but he would arrange to have someone come the following morning between 8/9 am to look at the situation. T ey came at 8:30 on Friday morning and found the problem, the cooling unit was not working. T e chances of getting on that way was going to be slim but they said they would go back to the offi ce and contact our extended warranty company to see what to do. By 9:30 the service department from

Mike Rosman RV contacted me and said they would be able to give me a new fridge and they had one in stock. T e original fridge had problems since we purchased the RV and we have had to throw out contents from the freezer on two other occasions so you can imagine how pleased I was. Because my husband was out of town

and we had just purchased a new truck (the fi ſt h wheel was not installed in the pickup) Mike Rosman off ered to pick up the RV and take it to their shop to replace the fridge. T ey picked it up, replaced my fridge,

and delivered it back to my site by 4 p.m. the same day. When I got the phone call that it was

back on my site I assumed I would have to set it all up, but no that was not the case. T ey had parked it in just about the exact same place as it was before, hooked up all the services, put the slides out and even turned on the air conditioner! I was so pleased with the service that

was provided Sheila that I think your readers need to know that there are people out there that will still go the extra mile. Carol-Anne Neufeld

TIP: Expanding Frosting:

When you buy a container of cake frosting from the store, whip it with your mixer for a few minutes. You can double it in size. You get to frost more cake/cupcakes with the same amount. You also eat less sugar/calories per serving.
