dual-screen viewing on TV, laptop, mobile and Twitter feeds, as well as originating some of the most-read news stories on BBC Click. His key achievement is establishing and building @bbcquestiontime and the use of #bbcqt, making it the UK’s biggest news and current affairs programme on social media. The Guardian said the move gave “a new lease of life to a programme that in the past viewers could only shout at in frustration”.
