Alternative Dispute Resolution It is important that you enter the e-mail address that you

have on file at MAJ. Several times a day, we receive calls from people trying to log onto the site using their home address or an alternative office e-mail address. We can store more than one e-mail address but only one can be the primary address for this section. If you need us to change the one we have on file, contact us immediately. Secondly, please remember MAJ does not keep passwords on file. Tis site is highly encrypted and for security purposes no record is kept of your password by anyone but you. If you have forgotten your password (like I do all the time because I have too many passwords to remember) a great feature to use is the “If you do not know your password, click here” function. Te page will look exactly the same except for, now, the

“Login” button on the navy bar has changed to “Logout.” Tis is a great indicator that you now have access to the entire site. It sounds more complicated than it is, but it is designed

for security purposes. You never want someone else logging on as you. We know some of you have your assistants or associates log on to find information. Please don’t do this. Your assistant or associate can create a guest account simply by clicking on “Login” and clicking on the “To Create a Guest Account Click Here.” Until they become members (either a Regular – attorney licensed to practice in any state or Affiliate

– non-attorney in a member’s office), they will not have access to member functions.

A New Dropdown Menu Te second tool bar listed under the association name is a

drop down list of all the features in their respective categories. Tis can help you navigate through the site. We’ve spent a lot of time consolidating and grouping

these categories so they are intuitive to your needs. We’ve tried to eliminate the need to constantly drill down to get you where you want to go. Tese areas are more streamlined and instinctive. However, as a member, you may want to become familiar with the three boxes at the bottom of the page.

Your Soon-to-be Favorite Three Boxes Under the picture of the State House are three boxes that

consolidate your website needs. Te boxes are “Members,” “Public” and “CLE Center.” Te “Members” box is where we have placed the most

relevant and frequently used member areas of the website at your fingertips. Resources such as the Document Bank, List Server and Upcoming Events are areas our members use on a regular basis. Tey are finding what they need to win cases,
