Tis case involved the question of whether an ambulance service breached the standard of care in transporting a patient. Te driver of the ambulance was alleged to have mad an illegal turn, resulting in injury to the patient. At the close of the plaintiff ’s case, the trial judge granted judgment to the defendant on the theory that the plaintiff had failed to show damages. On appeal, the plaintiff cites testimony of pain and suffering as well as medical bills in the record. 
