This class is designed for parent and child (ages 3-5) to enjoy doing together! It’s a fun and invigorating blend of gentle Flow Yoga and Kids’ Yoga with a partnering aspect. We focus on movement, coordi- nation, balance, muscle toning, and basic kinetic skills for you and your little one. The gentle flowing yoga sequences are appropriate for all levels and can be modi- fied for more advanced practice or those wanting more of a workout. Note: this is not a kids-only yoga class.
