The Strategic Leadership Programme is broken down into 3 half–day modules:


MODULE 1: LEADING CHANGE Leadership is about coping with and managing change. This module introduces critical activities and tools that can be used to lead change and improve leadership capabilities.


MODULE 2: LEADING AS AN INDIVIDUAL No organisation or enterprise can function adequately without good leadership of the teams that operate within it. This module contains a series of practical techniques that can be used to identify how individuals prefer to be managed and the appropriate approach to take in any given situation.


MODULE 3: EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT Employee engagement is an approach that can be used to transform an organisation, delivering step changes in employee morale and productivity. This module comprises of practical activities which when applied, can increase employee engagement.
