No More Callbacks! Best Practices to Avoid Qulaity Defects
N
othing disappoints a builder more than celebrating the completion a project
only to receive a warranty call just after move-in. Warranty work drains our resources and energy and deflates our customer’s satisfaction with their experience. On May 17, the council will host “Bring Your Super Day.” This roundtable discussion will focus on how to avoid quality defects.

We will be holding another contracts seminar on June 15. In order to maintain access to the GHBA contracts, custom builders are required to attend at least one session each year.
