Catch a ride! No, this isn’t your opportunity to do a quick
round of golf before your fl ight – this is the new long-term parking lot shuttle courtesy of Royal Star Enterprises and YLW. Staff report that since the golf cart has been introduced passengers catching a ride to the terminal or to their car has increased. “I think it’s because it’s so easy to jump in and out of,” says Phillip Patara, President of Royal Star Enterprises Inc. So the next time you are at the airport and need a lift, fl ag down this golf cart and driver to get a free ride to your car in the long-term lot or to the terminal.

Even wine corks, cardboard, shrink wrap, coffee grounds and aluminum and plastic pop rings are recycled at Horizon’s main food and beverage locations in Seattle, Portland and Boise. The result: Horizon currently recycles 69 percent of all onboard waste.
