New Venue Satisfies Sweet Tooths Organically T
here’s a new place in the heart of Naples to satisfy one’s sweet tooth in a healthy manner. Adelheidi’s Organic Sweets of- fers natural gelato, international pastries, French croissants, crepes, cake, coffee, chocolate and more at 505-C Fifth Avenue South. Co-owners Jens and Marion Schuppenhauer say they use only organic ingredients in their home- made and daily fresh baked offer- ings. They also invite customers to watch them demonstrate their
expertise in their open kitchen or relax under an umbrella on the patio, where dogs are welcome.
“We think what we offer must be pure, natural and real,” they explain. “We don’t just open cans or bags, but use old family recipes.”

Wild Dolphin Encounter Sweepstakes
N
atural Awakenings has teamed up with WildQuest to offer readers a chance to win a Wild Dolphin Encoun- ter Caribbean adventure getaway in the Bahamas. The six-night
trip includes a
one-night stay in Ft. Lauderdale before flying to Bimini, where the lucky winner will enjoy five days of daily excursions on a comfortable catamaran to connect and play with wild dolphins, swimming free in their natural environment. The combina-
tion of yoga, healthy food, supportive surroundings and dolphin encounters creates a transformative opportunity to relax, expand and reconnect with nature.
Since 1995, WildQuest has been providing programs for swimming with wild and free dolphins in the warm Caribbean Sea; for many individuals, the experience is life-changing. Natural Awakenings reader Bukki Sitler reports on Facebook: “I won a trip last summer, and it was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Even off the boat, there is a lot to do, like yoga and daily meditation. It’s a beautiful program.”
