Guided Meditation Walks at Journey Arts’ Labyrinth
I
nstead of the usual sunset walk, experience a labyrinth to open avenues of possibility that may have been blocked. Jour- ney Arts, in Naples, will be the site for the third and fourth in a series of one-hour guided medi- tation walks, Quest through the Quadrants, at 7 p.m., March 25 and April 22.
While listening to the sounds of classical music provided by concert pianist Roger Rundle, walk through the labrinyth’s network of paths as Reverend Heidi Peck, of the Center for Spiritual Living Naples, expands the health (March) and abun- dance (April) quadrants of life through guided meditation. “It’s a powerful experience, as it breaks down normal bar- riers,” says Rev. Heidi. “People can have blinders on and not really see what’s all around them going through their day; this forces you to look exactly where you’re going and all that’s around you.”
Another workshop will be held at 7 p.m., April 29, to learn more about balancing all four quadrants—creativity, health, abundance and love—in one’s daily life.
Love offering encouraged. Location: 2950 Immokalee Rd., Ste. 4. For more info or to register, call 239-263-8720 or visit
