A 12-INCH high plaster statue of an angel was stolen from a front garden in Lavender Road, East Malling. A street sign about dog foul-
ing was ripped from its post and thrown through an open window of a nearby property in Orchard Road, East Peckham. Yoghurt was thrown at a win-
dow in Fartherwell Avenue, West Malling. A number of windows were
smashed at St James Church, The Grange, East Malling. The damage will cost more than £3,000 to repair. A shop window at Kent Mart,
in Lunsford Lane, Larkfield, was damaged after staff refused to serve a male without identi- fication. A pressure washer was stolen
from an outbuilding in Clare Lane, East Malling. A radiator was damaged fol- lowing a disturbance on Ley- bourne Park Estate. AFord Fiesta was stolen from Bramley Road, Snodland. Mo- ments later, it was involved in an accident in a nearby road. A male described as medium build, early 20s, wearing a grey hooded top, was seen running away from the scene. A car owner spotted a man sitting in his vehicle in Brad- bourne Lane, Ditton. The white male, who ran off when chal- lenged, was described as 5ft 11ins, aged 22-28, of broad build, wearing a bright blue

jumper, black body warmer, blue jeans and white trainers. A rear gate was damaged and,
in a separate incident, vehicle tyres were slashed in Temple Way, East Malling. A car was set alight outside
Eaton Place, Larkfield. The front tyre of a car was slashed in Offham Road,West Malling. An internal door
was broken in a do- mestic argument in Jasmine Close, East Malling. Two men were dis-
turbed trying to remove batteries from commercial vehicles in a compound off Mill Hall, Aylesford. A bag containing cash and
other items was stolen in a bur- glary at London Road, Adding- ton. There were at least two at- tempts to break into a garage at Saltings Road, Snodland. A light fitting was damaged during a domestic argument in Lavender Road, East Malling. Foreign currency and two
fleece jackets were stolen from a property in Javelin Road, KingsHill. Both number plates were
stolen from a car in the Ayles- ford Priory car park. The front bumper units were
stolen from two cars in a com- pound at the rear of commercial premises in Kiln Barn Road, East Malling. A taxi was damaged in New
Hythe Lane, Larkfield, follow- ing a dispute over pay- ment. Two cars in the park-
ing bays of a service area in Holborough Road, Snodland, were broken into and power and hand tools taken. Lead was stolen from
Leybourne Grange.
A car windscreen was smashed in Brooklands Road, Larkfield. A female was ar- rested. Three locks were super-glued
in King Street and another in High Street,West Malling. The front door of business premises in Bullen Lane, East Peckham, was broken. A scaf- fold pole was found close by. An intruder trying to steal a
fridge from a shed in the garden of a property in Church Fields, West Malling, was disturbed and ran off. Sacks of feed, two wheelbar-
rows, hay bales and head col- lars with lead ropes were among the items stolen from a stable block on a farm in Eden Farm Lane,West Malling. Jewellery was taken in a bur-
glary at Apple Close, Snodland. Two white males carrying a white cloth bag were seen walking away from the area at the time of the incident. A pitchfork was taken in a burglary at a business com- pound in Water Lane, West Peckham. The aluminium drop sides of
a lorry were stolen from White- bine Gardens, East Peckham. An iPod and fuel credit card
were taken from a car on the drive of a property in St Peters Place, Eccles. A yellow and black Suzuki
off road mini bike was taken from the shed of a property in Church Road, Offham. Two men – aged around 40, wearing casual clothing – were seen pulling down fencing to large commercial premises in Bellingham Way, Larkfield. A gear box for a Mini was
stolen from the car port of a property in Rectory Lane South, Leybourne. A Silver Cross child’s buggy
was taken from the stairwell of a block of flats off Bellingham Way, Larkfield. CDs and a pair sunglasses
were taken from an insecure car parked on a driveway in Stevens Road, Eccles.
