Preston Bennett launch red rock PBs
Stanmore-based property group, Preston Bennett, has announced another new venture that broadens their specialist range of services available to developers, owners and residents of apartments. RED ROCK PBS is committed to providing a new standard of service in an area often beset by poor performance and customer care.
Spearheaded by their management and lettings company, Preston Bennett & Stone, they have joined forces with Red Rock – a London- based company with an impressive track-record in this specialist field. “Red Rock PBS is committed to providing a quality, professional service – totally transparent and at a reasonable cost that is designed to deliver vital peace of mind,” said Preston Bennett & Stone Director, Claire Stone.
They will be setting new
service initiatives including undertaking regular site visits plus same day return of calls and e-mails, knowing that the best way to deal with a potential issue is to prevent it from happening in the first place. In addition, a dedicated property manager will be allocated that to each site that they manage. Clients will receive a regular,
written breakdown of exactly how their money is spent. Their comprehensive estate management services provide support across the board for:

London estate agency Felicity J Lord, part of Spicerhaart, is embarking on a major expansion programme. The expansion which will see the number of Felicity J Lord offices in the capital double over the next three years, heralded by the opening of a new office in Surrey Quays in November. The new office, located in the
Surrey Quays Shopping Centre which is situated between Canada Water Jubilee Line Underground and Surrey Quays East London Line station, employs a team of eight. Divisional Sales Director Nigel
Seabridge said: “We currently have 10 offices and envisage by the end of 2013 we will have 20 dealing with both sales and lettings, which is extremely exciting. “We have successfully served the
Surrey Quays area for many years from our nearby Tower Bridge/ Shad Thames office, and felt it was time to actually have an office here to provide further coverage for our clients.
“The area has been benefiting from a number of development

This can be seen with the numerous projects on Bankside, and the continued development arising from the 2012 London Olympic Games.
