Kinleigh FolKard & hayward rebrands surveying business
Haywards Surveyors and Valuers has been rebranded to reinforce its position as part of the Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward group. Following a strategic review of
Haywards earlier this year, the decision was made to rebrand the surveying business to align its identity with KFH and, from 1 September 2010, the group’s professional services operation commenced trading as Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward Chartered Surveyors. Lee Watts, Managing Director

dedicated lettings team For haart in bristol The Bristol branch of Haart estate agencies now has a dedicated residential lettings team to cope with increasing demand. The team includes Lettings Manager Michelle Humphreys and Lettings Negotiators Sophie Davies and Claire Wright – and business is already booming. Michelle said, “Because
Haart has such an excellent reputation as an estate agency, we have had a great basis on which to establish the new
lettings division. “We cover the whole of Bristol, where the market is extremely buoyant at the moment. We deal with a wide range of rental properties including everything from studio apartments to five bedroom executive houses. More and more people are beginning to appreciate the flexibility of renting.” Haart Divisional Lettings Manager Rachel Anderson said, “We are delighted that the lettings operation in Bristol has been so successful already. Michelle, Sophie and Claire have worked extremely hard to establish the division and thanks to their drive and enthusiasm, it is flourishing.”

Move with Us which works with independent, accredited estate agents across the UK has launched a new service via its website that matches buyers with chain free properties perfectly suited to their unique circumstances. The company has identified
different groups who would benefit from this service which include first time buyers, investors and growing families. Each of the Perfect Match properties has been identified as having an incentive to help buyers complete their purchase. These include whether part exchange is considered, stamp duty or deposits paid, if there is a 95 per cent mortgage available or whether the rental yield highlights an ideal investment.
