Overview of Results

The Impact of IWQOL-Lite Questionnaire

IWQOL-Lite scores on all female participants mostly reflected a poor quality of life at baseline. Although nearly all participants demonstrated improved IWQOL- Lite scores at one-month follow- up compared to baseline (changes ranged from 0-20.8), only one participant demonstrated clinically meaningful change at this time. At two-month follow-up, all participants reported higher IWQOL-Lite scores than their baseline scores (changes range from 1.9-18.3) and four of the seven participants demonstrated clinically meaningful change.

Health Case History Results Following NES Infoceutical Protocols

All participants during consultation reported major complaints with respect to both the nervous and digestive systems (100%), and the circulatory (85%), muscular (85%), immune (71%) and urinary systems (71%). The NES ProVision scan confirmed the aforementioned health-related complaints by indicating a poor degree of relative bioenergetic functionality (red/ orange colour in scan results indicating a high priority for corrective attention) with these systems.

All participants following NES Infoceutical protocols revealed several improvements. Specifically,

the item “low tolerance for stress or easily upset” improved in the majority of participants (71%), followed by “skip meals or eat erratically because no appetite” (57%), “puffy and swollen all over the body” (57%), “localized bone pain” (28%), and “catch colds/ infections easily” (57%). Although the majority of the participants exceeded fat intake through their diets and lacked important micronutrients, no dietary or other nutritional advice was given, with the intention to improve well- being or obtain weight loss, so results can be correlated to the Infoceutical protocols only.

BIA Results Following NES Health Infoceutical Protocols

The BIA test revealed a 71% decrease in body fat and 42% loss of weight. In contrast, 85% of the participants showed an increase of their lean mass, and body water, respectively.

We hypothesised that overweight and obese individuals would report poor physical and psychological functioning. This hypothesis was confirmed as overweight problems and obesity were associated with low levels of both physical and emotional well-being. Our findings are consistent with those reported in other studies in which obese individuals tend to report poor physical and emotional quality- of-life scores including sexual life and low self-esteem. It is interesting to note that following two months of NES Infoceutical protocols and without any nutritional recommendations and physical activity, results showed significant positive changes in quality of life in all participants. Additionally, various health- related improvements were also observed through participants’
